Gnatta and Key IVR joined forces in order to improve the payment experience for agents and customers using the Gnatta contact centre solution. Through a dedicated integration, agents have the ability to instantly secure their calls, linking both the Key IVR and Gnatta platforms, ready to process payments safely.

Gnatta agents can then ask the customer to either read out their card details or use their telephone keypad to input their CHD (Cardholder Data). Sensitive information is never seen or heard by the agent, and agents stay on the call to assist.
